dc.description.abstract<p>The Counselor Feedback Training Model (CFTM) was designed to explore beliefs about feedback and develop feedback skills. This study examined the effectiveness of using the CFTM with beginning counseling students (<em>N = </em>68). The researchers found that students’ self-efficacy and openness to feedback improved following participation in the CFTM.</p>
