Abstract

Emmy lives in a sleepy New Mexico town in 1952, where she yearns to escape and experience adventure. Her answer appears when alluring and devilishly handsome Joseph arrives. No one trusts him, yet Emmy becomes caught in his web of deception. When money is robbed from her father’s bank and Joseph leads the police on a manhunt, Emmy is left with a desperate decision that will affect not only her life but the future of those around her.
